Constipation means you are too dry inside and you can't go number 2.

The other means you can't hold it even it you try and you go number 2 like throwing out the washwater.

The small intestine & colon absorbs fluid and nutrients from the food you've eaten, to form semisolid stools.

Diarrhea is when your intestines do not absorb enough fluid from the liquid stool (chyme), and you have watery bowel movements.

Constipation is the opposite, when too much fluid is absorbed, producing hard, dry stools, which are passed infrequently.

constipation is that you have trouble going and its hard and diarrhea is its all runny and its easier to go and u dont have to try n push it out

Constipation is when you haven't gone Po*p in a while and when you do there is alot, it is formed and hard.

Diarrhea is when you can't stop going Po*p and is it runny, watery, and you can't make it to the bathroom in time. just gross!

Diarrhea - when your stool is watery and loose.
