Interesting question! Italian, Romanian and Spanish (especially European Spanish) are beautiful- in that order, in my opinion. But, really, I have noticed that every language that I've heard, when spoken by a native speaker is beautiful. I love Ukrainian the most- that is a 2nd language of mine.

I have learned 16 languages, and I think if you talk about pronunciation, I think Italian is the most beautiful one, Mamma mia! But if you talk about how it is written, I think Chinese is the prettiest one if it is written by expert calligraphists, they look just like flowers in a well cared garden. Next comes Arabics.
But if it is spoken by ladies, I think Japanese is really melodic and very soothing. Next comes the Tagalog or Filippino language.

I love how the portuguese language sounds, especially Brazilian portuguese. For me the Brazilian version is the best and most sexy!

I recently swooned over Slovak. I don't know it at all, I think that makes it sound even nicer (as did the person who was speaking (it was a phone call so I only heard one)).

Hawaiian, I'd have to say. Not a lot of places to hear it spoken, but it sounds lovely.
