Wow! These other answers are ridiculous!
You could probably find those "simple" phrases on the internet. But here you go:
"How are you?"
Jak se mas? (informal) ("s" has a "hachek"and sounds like "sh". I don't have those special characters here.)
so, phonetically, "Yawk se mosh?"
"Jak se mate" (formal) "Yawk se ma-teh?"

"I am fine"
"Ja jsem dobre" (with hachek over r,making it a "rz" sound.Rolled r with "zshuh" sound at end. This is a hard letter to learn! And some Czechs have to take special classes for this!
Ya sem do-ber-zshe.

"Thank you"
"Djekuju"(less formal)
"Dyeh-ku-you"
"Djekujem""Djekuji"(more formal)
"Dyeh-ku-yem""Dyeh-ku-yi"

Czech is a tough language. Good luck!

tnbadbunny: cyrillic alphabet is not used in czech republic, besides, "Вы" means "you" (plural) in russian, and a few other languages probably, including polish (only it's spelled differently: "wy") and definitely not: "thank you"
