I want to learn Spanish. Should I learn the spanish from Spain or Latin America?

What is your reason for learning Spanish and where do you live? If you are in N Amer and are not likely to spend much time in Europe, then you'd be better advised to learn Mexican Spanish (Latin Amer). In N Amer, you will find it much easier to learn Latin Amer Sp well since you will be much more likely to practice with Native speakers from Latin Amer.

There is a difference- more than what's been mentioned already. For one thing, the Spanish (Spain) pronounce 'c' and 'z' as 'th' (as in thought) if it's followed by certain vowels ('gracias' in Spain is pronounced 'gra-thi-as'). The Spaniards love their Spanish- so if you want to spend time in Spain, you might want to pursue that.

Well... i don't know which one is better than the other, but i can tell you that each latin american country speaks spanish in a very different way... but the language itself is mostly the same, except of course for some words and meanings. So, don't take the latin american spanish as a whole. Either way, is great you want to learn spanish, good luck!

Latin America has very different dialects. i would choose Argentine Spanish because it the has the most bridges to the other dialects. You'd have to use the informal you plural which other groups don't, but you're more likely to have a Mexican and Spaniard both understanding an Argentine, than a Mexican understanding a Spaniard, etc

It's pretty much the same thing. Spanish in Spain just uses a different "they" form of verbs. Most teachers teach both. Other than that, the only difference is the accent.

Just learn both. The only difference is that they have different plural "they" forms. Vosotros (spain) and Ustedes (Latin America). It's not much harder.

If you live in the americas, learn the latin kinds, if you live in europe, the spain kind. Just my opinion.

there pretty much the same try both and what ever works out for you is the one you should learn more. Thats all i really can't say much more because im cuban and i knew spanish all my life.

There's only a minor difference. Generally it's with the accent, though I'm sure there are minor differences with words specific to the culture or just differences in words because of the culture.

Think of it as the difference between American English, British English and Australian English. We can all understand one another, but some of the words are unfamiliar between them because of the cultural differences.

By choosing either one or other you'll acquire an accent but no major differences in the language itself. So it's a matter of how would you like to pronounce.
