They mean that time is very precious and valuable and you shouldn't waste it. Don't waste time, you can be doing something great and useful.

It means they get paid by the hour and when they are doing things other than work, someone is wasting their time and therefore their money

That particular ditty is an insult to "time." All your money won't buy you even one more minute if it's your turn to drop dead. It means that a doctor can see you for 10 minutes and make a thousand dollars. It means that wasted time is money down the drain. Like me wasting time answering this question.

It means that people who give their services deserve some kind of financial recognition for doing so. If we are intent upon earning a living, we can't afford to spend too much of our time doing work which is unrewarded in financial terms.

they are bussiness minded and always thinking of profit,these people only evrything in money sense.for every second,every minute,every hour and even whole runs in money thinking,possibilities increasing or earing it.
