I know it's an adjective that describes spoiled girls, but I don't know if it is a good thing or a bad thing.

It's bad, but not as bad as the above poster has described it as. A "bimbo" is a (usually spoiled and blonde) girl who doesn't know much about reality and lives in their own fantasy worlds of "me, me, me". Being slutty, a whore, or whatever is just an added adjective to that person, but I wouldn't put it with the word "bimbo" itself.

It's trailer trash talk they call cheap blonde's (Bimbo's) And there general not to smart.In Arabic the ladie would probably be beheaded or thrown out of the family shamed forever.

If it's Italian (we have this word) it has nothing to do with spoiled girls. We call"bimbo" (male noun, while female noun is "bimba") a small male child. It's a similar word to "bambino" that is devoted usually to the more aged children (bambina if female).
By us it's not a bad word. Sorry but I don't know Arabic.

It is a slang term and not all Slang is in the Dictionary.
It means a woman that is not educated or stupid.
Thus the Dumb Blonde jokes, aka Blonde Bimbo.

Bimbo is italian for "little kid", "child". It became derogatory as a reference to a lolita-like figure, looking for a "sugar-daddy". Funny enough, the word is masculine and generally used in "cute" contexts in Italian (such as "bel bimbo", "cute little kid"). Talk about lost in translation...

It is a slang word, and it refers to women who have loose morals, and act out accordingly. It is also implies the idea that to be that loose is stupid.
It is meant as an insult - to say it to a woman. It is not a good idea to say the word or use it, it is rather rude...just as it would be rude to say other insulting epithets to people.
