Not if the choice is Hillary Clinton. She will say whatever is needed depending on the group she is speaking to at the time. She is all in favor of amnesty for illegals and yet makes jokes about legal immigrants. Her husband is a scumbag even if he was president. In addition, she is a democrat, that in itself is a huge strike against her. I think when women start being drafted, when the country doesn't freak out when women dies in service to their country or are captured by the enemy, then the country will be ready for a female president.

I think this is the right time to elect a woman or a minority into the White House. Women are smart like men but they are smarter on many things (we're all smart in different things). I personally think that we need to get our act together. The USA is well over due having a woman or minority be Pres. But I have faith that we'll see a female President very soon.

NO, NO, NO if the choice is between the former first lady who currently holds a position in New York politics and Saddam, I would probably vote for Saddam since he probably will gone on to the great beyond by the next presidential elections in USA (who knows he might win).
YES, YES, YES if the choice is for C. Rice (current Sec. of State).

There is no constitutional denial for females for the post of president. Its for females to come forward. But in our society they are afraid of friendship with male persons, to reach that post can just be a desire.

Of course we are, were ready for the RIGHT person who can lead this country, protect it from terrorists, illegal immigration, high taxes and bloated Government. I don't care what gender the President is... just as long as he/she can get the job done... Oh... and isn't a Dumb-O-Crat.

Coming from me, a libertarian, no. Not if the only choice is Hillary. However, we are ready for a minority president. Obama in '08!
