Eid-ul-Adha is celebrated on the 12th of the Islamic month of Zil-Hijjah. A goat is supposed to be sacrificed on this day in honor of the event when Ibrahim (as) saw in his dream that he sacrificed his son Ismail (as). He was very distraught but could not deny a command of God, so he blindfolded himself and was about to sacrifice his son, but God put an ewe in place of Ismail (as) and told Ibrahim (as) that his faith had been tested. So Muslims (those who can afford it) sacrifice a goat on this Eid. In South Asia, this Eid is also known as Bakri Eid, meaning goat Eid. This day is also the last day of Hajj, the pilgrimage to Mecca.

A goat is sacrificed & its meat eaten by the barbaric , killing Muslims. They should have chosen a Tiger, or a Lion for sacrifice. But that would have resulted in their own destruction, hence a poor defenceless Goat! What bravery of the bragging Muslim warriors !! Ha Ha ha !!!
