You have a soul,Your body dies; but your soul goes one of two places. Heaven, or hell. You make the choice where you want to go before your body dies.

well, honestly, and I know I am right here, you cannot tell. Life after death links in with the whole topic of religion. We could just be here because of evolution, and we might have evolved as the conditions on our planet were right. Maybe this is all coincidence, or maybe God intended it to happen, I don't know, im open to different opinions. If reincarnation and life after death were true, you wouldn't be in heaven or be reincarnated with the same body, you would just be the person, the soul, if that exists. It is a tricky question, that ultimately cannot be answered.

yes there is life after death. And guess what you're living it right now! difficult to explain but here goes
In my way of thinking life is death and death is life. I think people should not use the word death/die etc because no-one dies it's absurd to think like that.
The earth is filled with energy and when there appears a vacuum in this energy then someone or something is born into it to fill the hole.
Energy cannot be created or destroyed only altered to another form.
So physically when you die you're energy for life leaves your body and goes to exist somewhere else.
Entiendo?

Christians tend to believe that they're the only ones that know for a fact that there is life after death, but let me tell you, there are many religions/belief systems that believe in an afterlife/reincarnation. I am one of them, and I can tell you that I am no longer Christian. I lost my Christian faith over 35 years ago. I searched for many years for a path that was more akin with my own beliefs. Now I know why I have those beliefs. The answers come together when you search for them, and gain reinforcement when a higher power speaks to you.
Whatever you come to believe, we will meet again, Sandra.

Reincarnation - could be possible.
Heaven or Hell - don't know, debatable and controversial.
Your spirit hanging around after you die - probable; my oldest best friend's seen a ghost. I've heard things in the night.
Yes/No - I don't know.
I'd like to think we don't just stop existing after death - that'd be WAY too scary. Plus, when our first dog of 14 died about 3 or 4 years ago, we could all sort of feel her still in the living room with us. Maybe it wasn't her spirit, I don't know.
(Don't want reincarnation, though - don't they say you can come back as anything?)
Maybe there IS a place you go after death. Maybe you hang around in the mortal world for a while, 'til you fulfil your last ever task.

I am a big fan of Einstein and his theory of relativity. When his theory was proven the NY Times headline was "All the world's agog." But then I saw this quote "Neither can I believe that the individual survives the death of his body, although feeble souls harbor such thoughts through fear or ridiculous egotism." [Einstein]
It sounds like he was ignorant of the science of cosmology. It says that if someone wonders how far outside the physical universe space extends or how long was it before the physical universe came into existence, it has no meaning. Space and time are only part of the physical universe, not part of of the non-physical universe.
Can you imagine no time? There is no past and future or before and after. So it is not like someone who dies in the physical universe will afterwards start to exist in the non-physical universe (NPU). But we could have always existed in the NPU and exist there now.
In psychology there is the flow experience with at least 3 books on it. During it people can experience the stopping of time. Maybe they are experiencing the part of themselves that exists in the non-physical universe that is beyond time and space. Below is more info on experiencing that.

There is most definitely life after death. If you believe in the spirit, or the soul than you would not question it. Also I have had things happen after my parents died that told me that they still existed, and they were letting me know that life, maybe not like this one, does go on.

Yes, there is life after death and Jesus is preparing a place for you in Heaven right now. All you need to do is to take Him into your heart and claim Him as your Savior. He has already done the rest.

You might find it interesting to research The Cathars, and find out why the Catholic Church burned them to death by the hundreds.
They did not believe in Hell - to them Hell is this planet, created by Satan.
They were followers of Jesus, but believed in reincarnation also.
They were exceptionally tolerant of all other beliefs.
