Nobody can answer your question here. It can be caused by so many different reasons. It can also happen without any particular reason too. The reasons may include :

Clinical Depression
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Malnutrition
Diabetes
Hypertension
Infection
Asthma
Anaemia
Dysfunctioning of some organs etc...

First, consult a good physician and do all necessary medical / lab tests. If you have no medical condition then go and find a good clinical psychiatrist. Take a trial treatment for both Clinical Depression and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The drugs of choice are an SSRI + Clonazepam or Bupropion Extended Release Tablets.

If you are damn sure that you have a decent health take " Zyban 150mg " once daily in the morning and wait for 6 weeks to see the results.

Lots of people have offered possible causes. I have one more. Has this came on in the last few months? If so it could possibly be seasonal affective disorder. Some people are sensitive to the reduced exposure to sunlight and can develop full-blown major depressive episodes during winter months. The most common symptoms of these "winter depressions" are lack of energy, increased fatigue and tiredness, sleeping more than usual, increased appetite and a craving for carbohydrates. Just to be sure you should go to your doctor and get a complete exam to make sure that a physical disorder isn't causing your symptoms. Also, are you getting enough sleep and eating a well-balanced diet? Not getting adequate sleep and even mild vitamin/mineral deficiencies can cause you to be tired and lack energy. It could also be sleep apnea, especially if you're overweight.

You may have a sleep disorder and not even know about it. A. lot of men do. They stop breathing for a few secounds, and it makes you tired in the morning. So maybe you should have a sleep steady done. Anyhow, go see a doctor, cause that is not normal. Have a Merry Christmas

I believe you mentally dissapointed to the world,

and have found you can ease your stress being indoor, although sometime you like to go out, and do something.

Your mind always thinking to much.

The more you're spend your time indoor, the more you won't have energy to go outdoor. Just wake up and don't think, just go outside for walk, do this everyday, and you'll feel much better. In time you will do more than just walk.

Feel the sun, it gives you energy! Let the outdoor motivates you

Hope this help

I don't have an exact solution, but go see a doctor, try eating energy and protein bars. Try to get 32 grams of protein every 4 hours and drink plenty of water.

I think that you don't enjoy life. Don't have big expectations. Be satisfied with what you get. Get happiness in small small things. Have a positive attitude towards life. Don't be alone, You should mix up with friends and family. hang up with friends to places of your interest. You have got the gift of life so spend it wisely.

Remember it doesn't matter how happy you are, but how happy others can be because of you.
