OUR MOTHER WHO WAS A U.S. CITIZEN, DIED WHILE OUR PETITION WAS CURRENTLY BEING PROCESSED BY NVC. WE ARE IN THE PHILIPPINES AND HAS A SIS WHO LIVES IN THE U.S .WE WOULD LIKE TO REAPPEAL THE CASE TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL..HOW AND WHERE CAN WE MAKE THE APPEAL?

Immigration appeals are filed through CIS, although in fact if the petitioner dies, the petition is automatically void. If your sister wants to petition for you, you still have to go back to the end of the queue.
