A stir fry.
Nice and easy. Nutritious yet comforting.
Just take a frying pan, a teaspoon of oil and add any vegetables or meats you have. For example try chicken strips, onions, red and orange peppers. And add a bit of soya sauce.
And don't forget the more important question: what's for desert ;) My suggestion there is a little piece of chocolate.

Try some steak, mashed potatos, a green vegetable, and some rice. Delicious if I don't say so myself--that is what I am having as soon as I get out of work and cook it!

taco salad. get some doritos, hamburger, taco seasoning, thousand island dressing, taco sauce, tomato, lettuce, and cheese. cook the hamburger and put in the seasoning. mix all ingrediants. enjoy.
