Now- if Clinton had DIRECTED Berger to do this, it would be a different story. Kinda' like Cheny DIRECTING Scooter Libby to out a CIA agent.
Not saying that what Sandy Berger did was in any way OK (although I think you embellished a bit), but an oversight by the adminstration isn't nearly as bad as a direct action, such as outing CIA operative Valerie Plame to get back at her husband for not lying about yellow cake. That's really really nasty stuff, and it amounts to TREASON, all in the name of trying to cover his a$s on the WMD thing. Talk about evil- Bush has brought it to a whole new level.

All administrations do some really stupid things. The only difference is if this was a republican administration doing this, the press would be all over him like a cheap suit.
They would want him prosecuted, they would want to know what the document he stole said. It would be front page news it must be nice to be a democrat knowing that your friends in the press will usually give you a pass.

Chandra Levy tale you have been suitable, in basic terms think of the planes crashing into those homes killing hundreds of harmless human beings, Condit sitting watching television thinking, that's great, I killed an intern and now it doesnt count. Condit I bear in strategies you're a murderer. to blame!

This partisan bashing does not do this country any good. Clinton made mistakes just like Bush. I bet you any amount of money the next President will do more of the same.

Oh, and by the way, that guy, Clinton, hasn't been president for 6 years now. You should stop living in the past. That nickel has been spent, my friend.
