Don't be! It's natural to have butterflies in your stomach before the first dinner date. Have your best friend come over and help you get ready for it, but make sure she leaves at least a half an hour before your boyfriend comes to pick you up. She can be your second opinion and help you ease your worries. If you two really like eachother, things will go great. Strike up a good conversation, and if this is your first date ever, then ask him all the questions about himself: it keeps him interested, and he should ask you things about yourself as well. Don't get too "physical" (if this is the first date); and I mean making out after the date. You might come on too strong. Have fun and be yourself. Good luck!

No reason to be scared. Just sit down relax and be yourself. Don't order the most expensive thing on the menu. Use your best manners and don't point out any flaws in his manners. Have fun and enjoy your night out!

Always let some people know where you are going, with whom, and for how long. Go to Mikey Dees and have your friends come by at a certain time just to see how things are going.
Also..If you are scared trust your instints and do not go with him at all!!

It's a normal feling, and he's probably just as nervous. Try to think of it as just having dinner with an old friend, and you can even tell him you are a little nervous. If he's a gentleman, he'll try to make you more comfortable.

Have fun!

The chances are is that he is nervous too. Relax, select a food that is easy to handle (no sloppy spaghetti etc), have some nice conversation and enjoy yourself.
