You know, as of right now I don't feel like excersiing...and then when I see a piece of fudg ein the fridge i eat it. I want to stop that..and get motivted which i will. But how long does it take and how can I lose 10-15 pouns. My BMI is 22.6 and I want it to be 20. something. And to get there I need to be 120-125...i really want to lose this for the new yea rand look good in my bikini, and just feel good....but how?

first you have to be strict with yourself. buy only healthy foods so there won't be any of the bad stuff to tempt you. get high protien, high fiber foods. chicken breast, turkey breast, fish, veggies, fruits, yogurts hard boiled eggs are just some of the good things to start eating and you won't feel guilty!! drinking lots of water to flush out your body, thats a must! walking is the best exercise, even for people like us who hate to exercise! i love to walk and i've lost tons of weight on this diet and just walking. so i know you can too!! Start by taking all your temptations out of the house. This will decrease your need to snack or cheat. Develop a grocery list of healthy items that you will eat and feel full from. Use the internet to help you or follow a specific diet plan that doesn't differ much from you general eating habits minus the junk. You can lose 10-15 fairly easily by eliminating salt. You hold more water weight than you can even imagine because of all the sodium one consumes within a day. Try it out and see.

Eat more healthy more vegetables, and to small fruits per day, like orange, strawberries, apple, pear, not bananas. Eat more chicken and fish, but broiled, casserole,grill, nor fried, do not eat any kind of bread, just the meat, vegetables and salad, low fat cheese or cereal for breaks fast with low fat milk, soups only vegetable soups not creamy. in two weeks you loose 10- 16 pounds, before Lunch and before dinner, take a break or cucumber or carrot, half cup, this is to stimulate your metabolism. Good luck I forgot do not use to much onion and tomato in the salad's because they are high in carbohydrates just a Little of both, also the dressing should be low fat, one small spoon, or just limn and olive oil. Water at least 8 cups per day no sugar at all use splenda which is fructose
