my head is heavy and some sinus like feeling. And during last few months I am sleeping alot and feeling tired. What is this?

I'm not a doctor, but it sound like a sinus infection.

First I would check that there is no carbon mon oxide leaking or anything like molds and things. These can kill people.

If not, go to your doctor.
