I am in high school, and I want to gain weight and speed to be a running back, What type of weight gaining diet should I eat, and what work-outs should I do?

Line Backers for Lunch

And for dinner Defensive Linemen.

Protein Shakes after every workout. Workout twice a day. One weight training workout and one cardio workout/exploisive training. High protein diets.
