It will be in the fusebox. Best bet is to go to your nearest Ford dealer and ask them where the fusebox is. Inside the fuse box, the fuses are sometimes marked as to what they are. Or you could get a manual from your local library

These Ka's are bad for the wiring breaking between the shell and the tailgate where the wiring passes through and also bad for the tailgate losing its earth, Ford in the wisdom did not pass and earth through with the wiring and the tailgate earth's through the hinges at the top of the tailgate, So make sure the hinges are lubricated and it also helps to move the hinge pins in the hinge by using a punch/drift and a hammer and gently braking them free in the hinge, this helps to move any corrosion and helps with the earth.

so many of the fuses are in the fusebox at your right knee in dash but there are also some right under the dash which are a pig to get too, the handbook will help with fuse identification

If it's anything like my fiesta, the fusebox is behind the glove compartment.

you have connections between the tailgate and the subframe, 3 pads comon fault hope could help
