Sounds like you may have a bladder or urinary tract infection. If your bladder is full and you can't empty it, you need to go to the ER.

The symptoms you describe definately sound like a bladder infection or urinary tract infection. Both of these must be treated with antibiotics and will not heal on their own. Both will also only incease in severity and can become extremely painful, as well as make you very sick. If you happen to have blood in your urine you could also have, as noted before a kidney stone or an infection as well. Please seek the advise of an urgent care physician or emergency room. The testing for the UTI or bladder infection are a simple urine test..
I wish you luck and hope you are feeling better soon.

Call Dr. to get medicine for a UTI (urinary tract infection). If you've never had one before, you'll need to go through the whole process with the Dr. before you can get medicine.
To get rid of the symptoms and start feeling a little better, you can take an over the counter medicine called Uristat. It should be by the pharmacy counter. Cost = under $10. It will not cure the infection, just make you feel better. NOTE: once you take Uristat, the Dr. cannot give you a test to see if there's bacteria in your urine. This may complicate a diagnosis, but if you're feeling really bad, the I'd take the over the counter stuff.
NOTE 2: if you wear contact lenses, the uristat can discolor your lenses. Also, it makes your urine BRIGHT yellow.

If you feel pain while urinating then it's a uti but that should not stop you from emptying the bladder once you get going. Get some "Azzo" pills IF you do have pain. Drink nothing but cranberry juice until you see a doctor. If you don't have pain which is the truest indicator of a urinary tract infection, you need to run to the er NOW!!!

You probably have a bladder infection. It can go up into your kidneys and cause serious kidney damage if it isn't fixed. You need to see your doctor ASAP and get on antibiotics. It won't go away on its own, and just the fact that you have a fever tells me it may be worse than you think it is. It can also get into your bloodstream and do damage all over your body.

Bladder infection most likely. Running a fever is bad - it can spread into your kidneys if not treated. Go to an urgent care facility asap - if you can't find one open, go to the ER. DON"T wait for Monday.

I'd agree that this is possibly a bladder or UTI, but could also be a kidney stone.
See a doctor right now.

Urinary tract infection????
If you are running a fever then you need to see a doctor. If it is a urinary tract infection it can spread to the bladder & kidneys as well, so you will need antibiotics....
