idk... there are many causes. one is definitely fear. you get shaky hands and sweaty palms. another is hunger. when you're hungry, your hands start to shake a lot. but that's the only think i can think of. of course, there are many more causes.

it could be a number a things... not enough sleep; low iron; low nourishment; reaction to drugs; or even exercising(lifting weights)

maybe nervousness or you might what too go see a doctor as soon as possilble could be Parkisons Disease, Please get it checked out.
