Also sometimes I get tiny small water bumps on the tips of my fingers.. but it never spread.. it just went away after a few days. My mom gets them too on her fingertips. She has her own cleaning service, and she is diabetic.. don't know if this helps any?

Have you been checked for diabetes? If you haven't you probably should do so as the condition you describe is possibly bullosis diabeticorum, or diabetic blisters. These mostly appear on the fingers and toes and are usually painless. The only way to really treat that condition is to get your glucose levels under control. Otherwise what you have is most likely a fungal infection... Either way a trip to your doctor would be a good idea. I wish you the best.

probably athletes' foot fungus. Soak your feet in vinegar for 15 min., 2 times daily & follow with an anti-fungal cream. Be sure to spray your shoes & slippers with pinesol, Lysol or other fungus killing spray & dry them thoroughly. Don't go barefoot as it is catching.
