coulds be dehydration. try drinking some diralite.....oral rehydration salts.
This replenishes your natural salts that are lost though exercise and sweet and general moisture loss from your body. Drink a glass whenever you have a headache. Its also a better option than taking paracetamol

I am a diabetic and my wife has some problems with blood pressure in her family. I know as a fact that a number of diabetics have problems with headaches when their sugar is too high or too low. I have EXTREME Headaches when my blood sugar is low for at the minimum 4 or 5 hours. High blood pressure causes the same problem. There area number of other things that cause this problem. I knew a person that had a brain aneurysm that had headaches for several weeks. ALL of these can be overcome with the proper medical treatment. But if you don't see a Medical Professional you may not find out what the problem is... Visit a doctor and Have a great holiday!
