i dont consider myself fat or anything but i see people with these great bodies... a little tone of a six pack... i really want to get like that..
i have one of those ab loungers but when i do it i get dizzy... idk if im doing something wrong with it but yea so does anyone know how i could get a six pack in about a week?

I don't think you can get a 6-pack in a week. There is a program called Slim N 6 by Beachbody, though that will give you one in 6 weeks, along with a toned body and a nice booty lift. Check out their website and look on the message boards, they are not fake pics, they're real people. I got it back in 2004 and lost 12 lbs in 5 weeks... of course I'm lazy and gained it all back... but if you follow it and watch what you eat, the muscle tone you're wanting will appear. I know if you watch your diet and exercise, no matter what the routine is, you'll lose and tone-up. I've tried many things and that one gave me the fastest results, that's why I mentioned that one.

I don think that you could get a six pack i n about one week but you could do about 100 sit ups each day. I know it seems like a lot but all you have to do is seperate them. Like 50 in the morning before you take a shower and 50 at night before you take a shower. I have been doing them for 2 weeks and i am already pretty close to a six pack. I am trying to get to the same goal you are. Take my advice!!
