It is possible to have a milk addiction

It's possible you could have a calcium deficiency and that's why you crave milk so much - and before you say how is that possible because you drink loads of milk, you should know that some people's bodies are actually incapable of absorbing calcium properly, which can cause problems like brittle bone disease in the long run.

Not trying to worry you, but if you crave it that badly it could be worthwhile popping to the doctors and explaining the situation and asking to be tested for calcium deficiency.

It may be possible, but a friend of mine constantly craved milk, drank several pints a day, and in the end it turned out she had diabetes - you should get yourself checked out.

Well it could be worse, you could be addicted to crack sweetheart :)

Then again, so what, milk is lovely, I always have milk everyday.

Alternatively, it might be your body saying - I need more calcium!!! You could take a supplement or just, listen to your body, and drink more milk :)

Don't worry about it!

That's good question...I'm exactly the same. I drink it constantly....some people say it's because there is something in it that perhaps I am deprived of. It could be anything....there are so many different vitamins in and calcium of course. It may be the tryptophan in it that creates serotonin and lifts your mood and helps you sleep.
