It is ok to meet on the internet, you just have to be careful. If you are under 18 - no way never certainly not forget it.

By all means go for it, just make sure that you're very careful, because there are predators out there. If you have one bad date from the internet don't worry too much about it. One of my friends went through many bad dates, but she is now married to a man that she met on the internet (11/2 and counting!)

People on the Internet often portray themselves as they choose rather than how they really are. I really don't think it is a good idea at all!!!!!!!!!!!! You are only 13 and need to stick with the guys in your class or in church right now! Honestly there are some awful people who pray on young woman on the Internet, it is a tool for them and they use it. Please don't do it sweety. I am 27 and I don't date guys or mingle with them intimately on the Internet. IT IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!

My friend is getting married to someone he met over the internet. How old are you? I think that this is the information age and it is perfectly acceptable for people to meet and establish relationships through the internet. HOWEVER, be very cautious, because there are a lot of people out there in Internet land that you would NOT want to meet in person. And if you are still in high school, please just stick to the boys in your school!!!

Depends on how old you are and what your personality is.
If your wild, outgoing, and don't care who you sleep with every night...then yeah...date him! And if you think you are old enough to handle situations in your life, and your positive that the guy your about to go out with is actually a guy your age, and not some 40 year old child molester, then the answer is yes again.
But if your scared of getting raped, not seeing a guy for a while, and want to be a virgin until your married, then don't go out with him.

dating from the Internet is as good or as bad as the people involved are.
be very careful! get lots of information first. and i do mean a lot!
call him at home, at work, etc etc.
when you finally do meet him do it with a friend around and come right out and ask him to see his ID and get his license plate number!!! I'm serious. if he doesn't want to show you, go home!!!

if you found someone from the internet that you think is worth your time then go for it.....some times these things actually work out. just be careful.....take precautions like meeting in a public place, and not letting them know where you live right away....

Not at all, but if you can't help it, and go for a date, be careful and watch out everything you eat or drink. Also remember to tell a close friend who he or she is,... just in case.

well I think you shouldn't cause it can be real dangerous, you never know it could be a rapist n just not a good idea but if you decide 2 just be very very very careful
