Yes, if it is a legal prenup, then it would stand up in any court unless it was made under duress.

You did not say if you already have one or you are going to have one.

Any prenup can be challenged in court. If you are going to have one, put a clause saying that the one challenges will bear all the legal costs

more than likely.. there should be some clause though as infidelity or abuse.. check your pre nup and if in doubt contact a lawyer
