Hang up on him, *69 prank him back continiously for 2 days to get my point across, then continue pranking him from in front of the white house on a cell phone the size of a human

First tape it. In my state one one has to know if they are being taped. First off I would have fun with the phone call. See if I could get the president to commit a phone crime. And go live with it. It would be a great primtime phone call to have!
Otherwise I would sue him, a little hard to win though.
