I used to have one of these mini aquariums - they were the best! I was really lucky in that the first one I bought, there was a pregnant momma fish. The company who sold the aquarium was really nice about it and sent me another tank, plants and snail so I could move Momma away from the babies.
See the attached website.
Have fun!!

Don't get thoes mini aquariums... they really aren't big enough to keep anything alive for long.
If you're on a budget, look for sales, or for used tanks. You can probably find a decent 5 or 10 gallon kit for 30$ or less.
Edit: Ugh, those Aquababies are cruel and misleading. I know they are an attractive idea, but they just aren't possible. You just can't have an ecosystem in something that small. The makers don't know anything about fish; if you look the pictures on the website of "happy" fish, you will see kinked backs, finrot, misidentified fish, and fiddler crabs (brackish) kept in freshwater. If you're too lazy to clean your tank on a regular basis, and too cheap to buy a 10$ filter, you have to business getting a tank. Not "you" specifically ;)

Create a backup account and feel sorry for somebody who would take the time to make 27 level 3 accounts and use them to get people suspended. I'd also start blocking all of his/her accounts. EDIT: I'd also post a link to his account so that others can block him, and forward the e-mail to Yahoo! staff so that they can block his IP. What he's doing is a blatant violation of the ToS. EDIT: It's Lion of Judah? That's not that surprising, but I didn't want to block him... Oh well...
