I'm 20 years i am not bad looking. Girls say i am a nice guy. I am a hard worker i am a Manager at work. Full time student, have a car. I have no idea what girl is perfect for me? Any ideas whats type of girl can work for me?

only you can answer that question hun what you need to do is do some self-exploration to find out what you like in a woman....you have to know who you are before you will know what you should want in someone else.

I found when I was your age (15 yrs ago) that whenever I went "looking" for a girl, that a good one would never appear. So my advice is, don't actively look. Go about doing your job well, and being a good student and friend and you will cross paths with someone exciting when the time is right. If you LOOK hard enough, you may just take the first chick that comes around and get stuck in a bad relationship beacuse you were lonely

no girl is perfect first off. Look for a girl you can have fun with. A girl that likes to go out and have a good time, but knows how to priotitize her time. A girl you are attracted to.
Most importantly, you have to try a few out before you can decide what you do or don't want. Just make sure you treat them nice!

When you go on a date with someone you should be involved with each others conversation, not one or the other doing all the talking.
If you go with someone and you have nothing to say to them...
or they talk to much (shows self interest only), there is no common interests.
You should be intoxicated by each others company, you should feel like every thing is right in the world because she is there.
You should be compelled to call her at any time of the day.
And you feel like you can't wait to see her again...
Like the rest of us, keep dating till you find the right one.

Someone that you can be yourself with. And by that I mean, someone you are comfortable being a total idiot/dork/dumbass(etc.) with.
No matter how nice, smart, pretty, accomplished, etc. a girl you find, you will only be truly happy with someone who knows and loves the you that you're afraid to show in public.

Look for any girl that you enjoy being with that makes you happy. She doesn't have to have special propertys about her. You just have to feel comfertable with her and like spending time with her.
