I'm looking for some good/designer eyeglasses in singapore... but am looking for discount stores or where I could get them cheap. Any ideas?

Yup - HK and Bangkok are definitely cheaper but Queensway Shopping centre ( any taxi driver should know it) in Singapore is good too. Lots of spectacle shops there. Much cheaper than Orchard Rd too. You can get good variety of sports shoes and hip clothes there too.

Probably at any optical shops in the heartland. You should be able to get a good price for them.
