Im looking for some advice on how to report a pedophile, but I can’t go to the police because this guys online and if I told the cops they would probly laugh and not take me seriously, is there any way of reporting this to any agency

The police will take you seriously. You can also contact your local department of child & family services. You can also call the F.B.I. they have people who spend 24 hours a day online investigating guys like that. I'm actually friends with one that does it. He just goes into chat rooms posing as a 14-year-old girl. Gets solicited ALL THE TIME. It's disgusting, but very satisfying when they nail the f-ers.

Soliciting a minor for sexual activity is illegal, and the feds can press charges. Contact the FBI. They take child predators on the web very seriously. Keep in mind that to make these things stick the child has to admit to being underage and the predator know the child is not 18.
