You yourself admit you were speeding.

I'd take the traffic school. It's cheaper and it will keep that ticket off of your record and keep your insurance lower.

Ouch, good you already know you shouldnt be dashing however what is performed is completed. Usually the pass judgement on appears at your earlier documents/tickets and makes a determination headquartered on them. When any person's list is apparent the pass judgement on will positioned you on supervision and make you pay the pleasant. This signifies that should you get one other price tag inside 6 months you'll come again to court docket and you'll get more difficult fines and so on. In your case due to the fact that you do have earlier tickets he could also be somewhat tougher. You too can remember getting a legal professional to come back with you and you will get off convenient. The handiest problem is that they are luxurious :( p.s you'll additionally plead now not responsible and if the cop isn't there to mention in any other case or preserve himself...your case will likely be thrown out.

it depends on the state you live in. I live in Missouri, so we only have so many points against our record, and after 10 points, our licence is taken away, but after so many years, all the points are errased. Do you know about these types of laws in your state? personally i would just pay the ticket, and take the 2 points against my record, it costs a lot more if you are planning to get the ticket fixed, just to not have the points, and also, if it shows on your record that yo uhave to take driving safety, that wont really help in court in the future if u ever have to go

Better to take safe driving course, for more experience and training. Also learn how excess speed raises fuel usage exponentially by driving at higher rpms than cruising speed for your particular vehicle.

First of all you need to grow up a little. When you speed you put everyone's life at risk. Ever notice that it's always the innocent that managed to get killed by speeders and drunks? I would take the course. Maybe you will learn something. It is cheaper and does not go on your record, that way your insurance will not go up. Please slow down... the life you save might just be yours.

If you have $200, get a lawyer, one who does traffic tickets.
Also, get www.nolo.com nolo press's book on how to fight traffic tickets. The ($15?) will be a good investment in lower insurance rates over your lifetime. If you don't have $200, you can write to the judge to ask to have a lawyer appointed. They might not do it, but it's worth a stamp.

Take the traffic school! Contesting the ticket has a very low percentage of success.
