Oh yea,,,how often do you get it and how long does it last? Is it daily, or just a few days out the week/month?

Oh, well, at least I now know I am not alone. I too suffer from this nasty condition. I eat, i poop, i eat i poop. It's a horrible cycle. Lomotil worked for a while. but now i just eat the same foods which do not make me have these symptoms. i stopped drinking decaf coffee and changed to teas. no meds right now. just vegi and other healthy foods.

I know this doesn't really answer your question, but... I was diagnosed with IBS-D and it turns out that I have Celiac Disease. Now that I am on the gluten free diet I no longer have any IBS symptoms whatsoever. Go to www.celiac.com and www.glutenfreeforum.com for more information. Many people with Celiac Disease are misdiagnosed as having IBS.
