Not to be insensative, but my first instinct was HIV. Fever is a sign of infection. Persistent fever is a sign of persistent infection. If you have been coughing, perhaps pneumonia. If you can't see a doctor any time soon, just keep your immune system up as best as possible in the mean time. Vitamin C is really good for the immune system. Drink a cup of orange juice at least 2x/day until you can get into the md. Good Luck!

I don't want to alarm you because I am not a trained Dr. but you do need to go to a Dr. or series of Dr's till you get an answer. Night sweats can mean lots of things including Hodgkin's.
