~It's "divorce" and I don't think so. You RESPOND or ANSWER at the courthouse.
Why would you want to appeal it? This person wants a divorce and you can't stop it from happening, you can only slow it down.
If this is because of some legal issue, get an attorney.

no, a decree is final. There had to have been some sort of notice to you or the judge would not have issued it. Service to you may have been by publication.

Anyway if your ex wanted a divorce, why fight? You can always get re-married to the same person.

Yes! But most find that the time and finance is not worth it. Someone wanted the divorce and you should move on. If you both want back together just remarry.

it depends what state the divorce was comsumed in and the regulations regarding the divorced. also if it can be done in your state, you need to run it through a lawyer. i dont think an invididual can do this on their own.

yes you can but you have limited time maybe 30 days then it cannot be appealed
