How old are you, and how old is he? If you are under the age of 18, don't even consider meeting anyone that you talk to online. If you're over 18, I would suggest to meet in a very public place, (like a mall food court) and do NOT go to their car for any reason, or let them go to yours. For extra safety, take a friend.

It's fine to meet him if you go about it right. Choose a public place to meet, like a busy coffee shop. Tell a good friend or family member where and when and why you're going. You can plan to check in with your friend at a certain time. You should be fine. Have fun!

I think that is a big risk
And if you are going to meet i think that you should do so in a public place with lots of people just to be safe.

theres always a huge risk of dandger when you meet an online dater. .. its to be expected so i hope you realised this maight be the case in the longrin when you began doing this. but anyway if you really fee strong for him then i'd do it just dont be a fool... yes he may look hot in the pic but how do you know thats what he really looks lie. and if hes willing to lie about his picture then he may be also willing to lie about his personal information. if i were you id take a friend with you whe you meet this guy and only being to believe what he says a couple of dates after that.. you cant be too carefull. so take precautions. good luck :)

I have done on-line dating and it is best to meet in a public place do not have him pick you up at your house. You never want him to know where you live until you get to know him.
