Dun break the news then.. keep it inside your heart though you know deep down you are still in love with your ex.. Its gonna hurt her like hell..
What are you gonna do now.. since your ex is seeing a new one already.. Maybe you should evaluate your past relationship, what went wrong and what would you do in next relationship in order to become a better person..
Give a chance to your new gf.. It would be unfair for her since it was you who moved too fast.. Let go of your ex although it's really hard.. Give the new relationship a chance to grow..

You just answered your own question when you said that your current girlfriend will be heartbroken and consider leaving you for not being loyal or respecting her. You need to make a choice and you can't have the best of both worlds. If you truly love your current girlfriend, then you'll respect her and loose the other fling. What you are doing to both of these girls regardless is shameful, totally irresponsible, and you're either way going to tear up someones heart. GROW UP!

that's why they call the next relationship a "bounceback." You still have to get over your old girlfriend; you broke up for a reason. it won't get better. But you have to have some "Me Time" and get back into being yourself, and you have to do it single.
If you do decide to tell your new girl, you'll just have to come out and say it. She might not want to be around you anymore even as friends, and you have to respect that. I don't know how long you dated your old GF or how long ago you broke up, but I can tell you that if you do go back it won't last long. And why mess with what she has going for herself? If she is happy, let her be happy. Don't mess up her life jsut because you miss her, she'll only hate you more.

If your new gf has strong feelings for you then you are going to break her heart no matter how you say it. You sound like my bf. I hope you aren't though. How long have you been with your new gf? The length of time you have been together has a lot to do with how she is going to take the news. Make sure you are confident in your decision before you let loose that information.

hi brian! i've been in that exact situation last year.
i happen to be the new girl. even if you don't tell your new gf about what you're feeling, she can sense it. i had to ask my ex-bf if he still wanna go on with the relationship... he said he said he thought he was ready for a new relationship, but he wasn't.
so we had the mutual decision to end it right then & there. it broke my heart real bad but i just had to accept it & move on. better tell her this early, sure it'll break her heart, but it's wrong for her to stay & love you. if you can't reciprocate her love, tell her straight in the face, be man enough, live life fairly.

There is no easy way to get out of this one, you just have to be honest better to let her now before it gets more difficult! And does your ex know you still love her does she wanna even get back with you...sometimes its best to explore all your options first then decide because obviously this other girl was something good so think before making a decision, and I wish you good luck!!

no matter what....you are gonna hurt her feelings. you cannot break up with someone without hurting her feelings. get it over and done with. don't say anything about the old girlfriend. don't waste her time leading her on. if you don't see a future with her, let her go. she'll cry, she'll be upset. but it will pass and she will move on to someone who DOES want to be with her for the rest of her life.

well there is really no other way to tell her besides look i still have feelings for my ex-girlfriend... it might hurt her feelings but she will have to learn to deal with it... it's better to let someone know how you feel right when you know instead of trying to hide it and then they find out... that would hurt them even more.... so good luck and hope everything works out for ya...!

You are just goin to have to tell her. There is no easy way. Just be gentle and try to be kinda sensitive. The sooner the better.
