On the virtual world when it comes to relationships, it's better to take things with a pinch of salt. It's better not to believe easily, that way you won't worry if a relationship turns sour and not be too affected by it.

sounds interesting, when he proposed you why dont you take the relation offline and into real world.
If he reached a stage where he could propose to you, this means both of you love to talk with each other, isnt it? This means your thoughts are more than compatible.
1) both of you go out and see if you are made for each other in real ( i mean people say many things in virtual world but in real life if he stands the test ? )
2) If things work out the way you believe it to be........give some gap to evaluate all the things and then say if you are ready for it or not. may be he is your dream boy or may be he is not!!
3) And well if you were just talking to him for fun and not serious enough, better tell him so that he will not keep any expectations on you.
First of all be independent financially !!
Then dream of above things.

Its up2 u 2 decide.if u both really plan 2 get goin than meet each other &exchange ur views in reality & nt via net.I hv a friend who is happily settled after net chat&proposing .They met each other twice & used 2 talk 4 long hrs via phone & finally they decided 2 tie up the knot & informed their parents about the same.

u can see in ur heart that what is there.if there is a answer is YES then u shuold eccept his proposal but if u feel that there is the answer is NO then acused.and if u feel that there is nothing mean YES or NO then carry on and try to more understand bcoz still there is nothing to measure the beleive

Well I would say that you would have to meet and find many things that you are compatible in. A lot of meeting each other would be needed and then you will know yourself if he is the one for you.
