i have not had a girl in 5 years im only 17 im kinda big but im in a gym alot i just dont know how to get a girl theas days

one- girls dont always look for muscles. a real girl who isnt going to mess with your heart isnt going to just go for the muscles.
two- besides the gym, what else are you into? try to look for a girl who has the same hobbies and taste in activities. this is also useful to do things like "accidentally" bump into her while she is working out. its also useful if you want to do something sweet for her, say for instance, if she is running on a treadmill go buy her a nice cold unopened (so she doesnt think there are roofies in it) bottle of water.
three- a sensitive side is mandatory. you can be buff, but remember girls like sweet things.
four- dont flex everytime she touches you. girls want to cuddle! my bf is a gymnast- not an ounce of fat on his body, but four years ago when we first started dating everytime i touched him or tried to cuddle he would flex to try to impress me. it got really old really fast!
five- always smile, and keep good hygiene. it sounds like you take pride in your body, so just remember to brush your teeth, keep your hair nice, no dirty nails, and after you hit the gym hit the shower! salt from sweat will clog your pores and ruin a nice complexion.

Just be your self be friendly, caring a sense of humor often help. Don't worry to much about your physical appearance and concentrate more on your personality.
Be nice and your self don't try to be someone your not.

just be a nice guy, talk to girls, make them laugh (thats a big one) and just act like yourself, someone will fall for you.
