you may want to imagine...in case you and your husband get decrease back at the same time, may you sense in charge about having sex with this sparkling guy? also, what if he has some thing you won't be able to take a pill to get rid of? What do you mean by "estranged?" Are you separated, divorced, talking about splitting?
If your marriage is over, why are you together now? And why would you have sex with someone who is leaving you at some time?

He's estranged! "Giving in" means he's getting you to do something you don't want to do and has control of you.
If you are not together, boot him out and get on with your life. Only a CAD would ask you for sex if you are not together. He just wants to use you.
