don't be afriad to tell your parents. tell them everything you know and stop this before it gets worse. if you dont help her now there is no way to help her in the future. :)

I'm not sure how old you are but you should talk to your sister first and tell her that she should no better and that it is a habit that may stick with her for the rest of her life Ask her why she feels the need to smoke. Tell her that you want her to trust you and that this time you will not rat on her however you would like her to give you her word that she will not do it again that she does not need to smoke to be cool and that she should be a leader and not a follower. Tell her if you catch her again it will break your heart to have to tell on her to your parents but you will do it because you love her and want her to live a healthy long life. This way she will no that she can come to you with a problem she may have and know that you won't go to your parents about it.
I wish you luck in your decision and what ever choice you make it will be the right one.

Don't tell on her. Talk to her first.
If you think it will cause less of a blow to you if you take the blame, then do it.
Talk to your little sister. You have more of an influence on her than you may think, especially at her age, you might have more of an influence on her than her parents right now. It is her parents job to teach her right from wrong and maybe discipline her. Not yours. Your job is to be her older sister. She needs someone she can trust and open up to, and that person should always be you. I wouldn't tell on her if i were you, because you risk losing that trust. You are sisters and you should stick together no matter what. Someday she might take a blow for you. Thats the way I see it. If you're worried about her getting into the wrong things, at least she'll be open enough to tell you these things, and if it gets to that point, then you'll know to get more help. But if you lose that trust, she'll never be open with you.

well your young sister is probably just experimenting or rebelling. or trying to feel older/cooler. TRUST me hon i went through the same thing myself, i hung out with all older kids when i was her age, and they were into partying and things like that, and yes they smoked and one day i asked my friend for one. well, i did it a few times, and then i realized the dangers of smoking that it would seriously damage my health, and would eventually kill me. my advice would be not to tell your parents just yet, try talking to her yourself and try to tell her what a horrible habit smoking is, and the consequences if she continues to smoke. if she blows off your advice, that is the time to tell your parents.

Sit your parents down and tell them that you saw your sister smoking in the bathroom. If they dont believe you then see if you can get the cigarettes from her when she is not around. Hope everything goes alright**** Good Luck

i think you should have a talk with her about how bad it is for you.
then open some windows and doors to vent the smell out.
but don't bring your parents into it yet. I think you should just give her a warning right now. and tell her next time if she does it your gonna tell them.
I remember a long time ago when my mom caught me,it was one of the worst expiriences of my life.

You simply tell your parents that she was smoking. Sure your sister will hate you, for now, but she will thank you in the future. You're doing her a big favor.

Can you walk your parents by the bathroom and let them catch her on their own? Tell them you smell something burning you don't know what it is...Have them check it out for themselves. IF that won't work, you are NOT making a mistake by telling on her. It is never a mistake to look out for a loved ones security/safety/health.
Good for you for caring!

Play it cool. Just tell your folks that it smells like smoke around the bathroom and that you're concerned something is/was on fire and they'll take care of it from there.
Good luck.

Ask her what made her want to smoke. Tell your parents the truth or tell her that if she ever smells like smoke, you'll tell your parents.
