It's actually spelled tumor. And I think more than likely it's just swollen lymph nodes that you have. Whenever I get a sore throat or any kind of illness I get swollen lymph nodes under my chin. I would still go to the doctor so he can give you antibiotics.

I think you mean tumor and not tuma. A tumor is a growth. When some cells in your body go crazy and reproduce too fast, they make a mass called a tumor.
You could have a pimple trying to form deep under the skin.
You could have a swollen salivary gland.
You could have been bitten by a spider.
If you have no fever, and the swelling is not that big, you could wait a week or so.

You have glands around your neck, it could be a swollen gland. If you have an infection of some sort, it could be swollen because of it. The best thing to do is to see your doctor to make sure. You will be more rested once you see him and are properly diagnosed. I will be praying for your good health and for your fears to go away.

A tumor is a grown of cancer cells. There's no one cause... it can happen for a variety of reasons. What you have sounds like a goiter - the swelling under the chin happens when your body lacks iodine. Nevertheless, I would see a doctor to find out what's really going on.

My best advice is see your local doctor. He probably has some idea of what it could be. Don't try to scrape it off.. that would be sort of disguisting!
