How you going matey. I dont know how many answers you got but ill give you a bit of my advice. your 15 still young im 26 and been through alot dont worry about what you look like it shouldnt matter its your insides that count as much as you have a crush on this girl take one step at a time dont rush into it get to know one another be honest dont pressure her but show her your interested show her your keen to work and be bright not someone that is going to just sit back remember your still young so you wont really find that special one until she wants the same thing you want or she is ready and remember fast is slow and slow is fast meaning you will get alot further taking your time with it then rushing you follow good on ya mate youll be right

I'd stay in school, make lots of friends and eventually when you're out of college making lots of money, hot chics will knocking your door down. I'm kidding of course...
But at your age, I'd focus on friendship. You will come to find out that looks are not the only thing a girl worries about. There are lots of things and any girl worth your time will be happy that you've taken the time to go to college, get a a good job and are financially secure. (Notice, I did not say rich...just be able to take care of yourself.)
And the girl at school you like...just invite her to meet you for a movie...

Looks mean next to nothing. Hygiene is much more important. Many times a good looking guy is too busy looking in the mirror to be attractive to any girl. In the long run, the nice guys, who are middle of the road are the first choice. I prefer brains in a man -- that or a fat wallet.

Look up Ross Jeffries Speed Seduction, and NLP Seduction techniques, on the internet, and study the material. If you learn that stuff you will be way ahead of men twice your age let alone your collegues there in high school. Good luck honey! :)

To be honest, i think intelligence is hot. So if you're smart, that's a plus. Girls go for that, trust me (-;
Let your personality shine. [hope that doesnt sound too cheesy] If you're a witty, funny guy, chics will dig that.
Just be yourself around your crushes. Whatever you do, don't try to be something you're not. If the chic ignores you then obviously, she isn't worth the fuss.

Don't worry about it. Build your life, develop your character and become successful. At 15 you really need a girl like you need a hole in the head. Go out and win some battles in life first. You have your whole future.
Never mind your friends and don't compare yourself with others. It will happen in due course.

Haven't you seen Super Troopers? "Desperation is a stinky cologne." If you're not hot, look at girls who aren't as "hot". Honestly, attraction of the kind you're looking for usually just happens naturally on its own.
