The world does not revolve around me, things don't go my way, neither do my expectations which convince me all the more to do what makes me happy because I've got my life to live it. Its the best for my life's sake and a waste on negative energy. I'm also meaning to lighten the weight on peoples shoulder to my best ability but right now I'm UPSET!

If the world were to revolve around someone I would think that would put a very large onus on them to keep the rest of the world happy.
No two people are the same and no-one else can possibly give you all the answers. Those of us who try to help by answering questions can only do so utilizing the facts that the questioner gives, thus the answer is not the end all and be all it's just our opinion.
In the end it's your call if you choose to take any-ones advice/guidance we are all just trying to help with only knowing the facts that you share with us.
We can't possibly know how you feel or what has gone on in your life outside of what you tell us.

What exactly is your question? Yes, live life the way you want. Rely on yourself first before you rely on others. The world does not revolve around any one of us and never has. Even those people who you THINK have it all, do not and can and do suffer just like the rest of us. The point is to have as much fun and enjoy life as possible and deal with problems one step at a time. Do not expect to have things go your way, just be happy if they do!
