Thank you MBPotter for that brave and candid question. There are a lot of mothers on here who will take offense to the general nature of this question. But the ugly truth is, it happens all the time! Just, no one admits it.

Yes I do and I think it's really sad. She uses it as an excuse and pretty much tells me I don't know what busy is because I don't have kids yet when she's never done any of things I've done (gone to college, work full time, she's a stay at home mom). I have no problem with her wanting to have 10 kids (even though they are beyond broke) but don't really like it when she acts like she's saving the world while I sit on my hands. She definitley had kids because she just gave up on anything else.

No,but I know a lot of women who have had a bunch of kids just to get monthly checks so they don't have to work...sad,but it happens...

Having kids is full of responsibility: 24/7 hr, 365 days, till death do us part job.
