i think if you can see him in your future and you plan your future with him all the time then you love him, when you are infatuated you like them but you want to do your own thing on the side and you don't plan vacations or anything together.

Infatuation is immediate, intense, and all-consuming. Love is built over time. If this is a short relationship, it's not love yet. Period.

love is when you are with someone you know very well, trust with your life and know they will always be there anything else is just infatuation, but there are diffrent degrees to it and just becouse it may be infatuation doesnt mean that its not going to lead into love
