If you want to prove who the father is you would need him to be present for the DNA swap of the mouth. If he is not wanting to do this get an attorney bring it before a judge and get the order of paternity.

obviously it would make things a lot easier, but if he refuses, go to a lawyer or the courts. tell them you want child support and they will help you
