Avoid things like Piña coladas or that are creamy. And drink one or two glasses of water between each alcoholic drink. Will help keep you hydrated.

For calories, stick with young white and red wines. Their lightness and flavor can last a long time in a glass. If you are not a wine fancier, try these with some diet clear soft drink.

While light beers may seem to have an edge calorie-wise, you might actually find that a simple vodka and_____ is a better bet.

Not only does (good) vodka lack the fusel oils and congeners that produce those mouth-grossing hangovers, when consumed, again, with a sugar free sparkling mixer with a dash of fruit flavoring, they can last for a LONG time!

White rum and gin are also in this category, although to a lesser degree. A short rule of thumb is: "The darker the booze, the harder on youse". (sorry, that's really terrible, but true.)

Best wishes!

aside from not drinking at all...try a rum and diet soda of your choice. Low in carbs and calories. Stay away from things like margaritas and daiquiris, those just contain sugar. Wine might also be an option. Red wine for the health benefits. Juices are actually sugar masquerading as a health drink. you are better off having a shot and eating a pineapple wedge.

a wine spritzer would would also be lower in calories than a traditional glass of wine.

Wine or cranberry juice is your best bet. . I ask for a citrus blend. They usually put orange, lemon, grapefruit and a splash of cranberry. Or a sex on the beach. Drink some water before you leave.

I drink vodka with soda water and fresh lime. try to to stay away from cordial, juices and soft drinks. All that sugar is not good for anyone in one night. Also wine is good. Everything in moderation!

long story short, don't drink alcohol! its bad for you. if you are going to drink at least eat something with it to lower the amount of alcohol your body can absorb so you won't have the full affect of the alcohol.

I would drink gin and tonic. The gin has very little calories and I believe no carbs. Tonic is great because it kinda like water.
