Do NOT I repeat NOT take Tylenol or ibuprofen with alcohol. Ibuprofen when combined with alcohol can cause stomach bleeding and Tylenol when combined with alcohol can cause liver failure.1 Aspirin when combined with alcohol also can cause bleeding in the lining of the stomach too.2

Another thing to think about in regards to taking a multi-vitamin before you go to sleep is if you smoke or not. Beta-carotene found in many multi-vitamins when combined with smoking may increase your risk of lung cancer.3

My remedy to cure a hangover is to just drink a lot of water before I go to sleep and to leave water by my bed so that when I wake up thirsty, I have something to drink. It seems to work every time.

A hang over is a combination of a few things one is your body(brain) being dehydrated. you will need to drink liquid for it. Two as your body trys to digest alcohol toxins are released in to your body and are poison to your system you are feeling the effect of mild poisoning. you may want to take some aspirin for that. Three your body is craving more alcohol it is going through withdraw from alcohol. You will need more alcohol for your body to appease it. A bloody mary is a great cure for the hangover. The tomato juice absorbs the toxins in your body, the alcohol gives your body what it is craving for and numbs your senses a little at the same time. The heat will get your blood flowing and get those toxins moving towards the tomato juice to soak them up. Have a bloody mary with some aspirin or Advil, and wait...f you are still feeling the effects you may need to have another bloody or a beer and some water.

Well, first off, if you drink a lot of water WHILE drinking you'll have a less sever hangover. They are caused by dehydration, so lots of water helps. Another answer on here was a multivitamin, and yes those work as well, as do aspirins before bed. The absolute best cure though if you already have one is of course the hair of the dog! The expression meaning the hair of the dog that bit you--Ex.-If you drank beer all night, crack open a cold one and down it. One of two things are gonna happen. You'll either puke it all back up and make yourself feel a little better, or you'll "even" yourself out. Good luck!

Can prevent them by taking a couple of aspirin, if your able, before you pass out from the alcohol. But if don't take the aspirin and wake up with a hangover the best thing to do is just go back to bed and sleep it off. If that's not possible cuz u have to go into work just start drinking lots of water to rehydrate yourself -that help with the headaches. I aslo usually take some Pepto B so I don't barf, once i start moving around.

My last night out with the guys I took two multivitamins. Some companies are selling the same stuff, but calling it chaser or something. All it is a vitamin. I took two. I had water inbetween my drinks. When we closed the night I took my last vitamin and had a drink of water. I woke up tired but not really feeling sick. The fatigue went away after a cold shower. I would do this again.

Buttermilk helps if you can stomach it after drinking. And if you take Advil before you go to bed it will help.
If you smoke that adds to the headach cause along with the alcohol dehydrating you the smoke dries your sinuses also.

Go to a true mexican resturant and order a bowl of menudo. It will absorb all of the toxins in your stomach that make you sick. Can you say buzz with no hang over?
