I am moving to Florida in 2 months. How much money should I have set aside after figuring in moving costs, as well as cost of moving into an apartment (such as rent and deposit)

If you already have a job in the next state, I wouldnt worry about it as much. However, I would save up at least 1-2 months complete expenses including car payment, rent and bills and spending money for any unforseen circumstances. This is just because I would rather be safe than sorry.

you will proabably need at least $2 to 3K saved, but I would be more worried about lining up the next job. If you don't start looking of a job now, it will take you a month or 2 just to find a job when you get there. Typically rent will require your first months rent and security deposit (usually same amount as your rent)
